Pick up area was very disorganized. Gave my paperwork to guy at the desk, car was driven up and waiting but guy with paperwork could not be found. Meanwhile other customers came, picked up their card and left. Very disappointing.

Service writer Jorge Lopez went above and beyond. He and the team were able to diagnose and replace my dead mylink radio on short notice. Communication was great, I was informed on how things were going and what to expect. They even found a problem with my ac system I weren’t aware of and had it repaired. Good job to the Midway auto team service center, I will be returning for more scheduled maintenance.

I had to bring my truck for a second time to correct a safety recall. The transmission shop was backed up so I had to leave it for a few days. I was informed on the afternoon my truck was ready that Ford would not cover the rental of the Ford truck that I needed to get back and forth to work and that the manager would split the cost with me. The repair was not completed on the first visit. I wasn’t as frustrated with the rental charge as I was with the way I was dumped off to the manager and not even acknowledged by the service writer as I stood in front of him. It was disgraceful and not the first bad experience at this dealership. I will not be returning for any further business. I own three f-150’s and and expedition. Will do business elsewhere.
