On 10/16 I scheduled an appt to have my car inspected due to 'the airpark team' not being able to complete the inspection when I brought my vehicle in for an oil change. I was told that it would take several hours so I took time off from work to bring it in mid-day. When I arrived, I was told it would take 1 hour max, which would have never justified me needing to take time off work. Very disappointing, but this is just the beginning. Strike 1.
After 2 hours went by (not the 1 I was advised), I was told that out of the inspection I would need 2 things: new tires & a 30k mile service check costing something like $700. I was told that if I would have brought this in at under 40k miles, it would have been covered under my extended warranty - on that particular day I was at 40,400 miles. Now keep in mind, this whole inspection should have been done when I brought it in the first time, over a month prior - where I would have easily been under that 40k mile cutoff - but for whatever reason, I was told your team couldn't get to it at that time... Strike 2.
Strike 3 comes with the realization that I purchased my vehicle from airpark with over 30k miles on the vehicle. When I shared this with my customer rep during the inspection I was told that airpark was not mandated to do this 30k service check to sell the vehicle.. which means that YOU KNOWINGLY SOLD ME THIS VEHICLE WITH OVERDUE RECCOMENDED MAINTENANCE. Strike 3.
I not only felt hustled into a $700 service check that I should have never had to pay for by I have lost total trust in your operation. It's a shame because had these events not occured I would have spent over $1000 on tires and alignment that same day. Unless this is made right, I will never spend another dollar at this facility and will go out of my way to ensure friends and family do not take their business here.

It’s not a yes or no answer I was very happy with my sales experience I’ve not been happy with my service experience. My car is had an issue since day one it took weeks for some tool to come in to fix it I was given a one day notice to get my car in there and said it had to be in there that day I took the next day off from work only to find out it would be ready until Thursday. I spoke with Kyle who probably my car he was wonderful and gracious and I have high praise for him. Neither Sean or Jorge were there I tried to explain To the cashiers that the rental car that was given to me was filthy utterly filthy it was filled with dog hair and dirt and yet they’re number one concern was that I bring it back with the same amount of gas which I find shocking. I’m 60 years old they gave me a jeep wrangler which was a struggle to get up and down and yes I’m in fairly good shape it was no way to open the car doors other than with the key I couldn’t get my purse in the backseat without reaching through the back and unlocking the door it was a bizarre experience so I bought my car in August and we are now approaching November let’s hope It’s fixed.

There was no communication. Had an appt and nothing got done on day 1. So the parts weren’t even ordered on day 1. And the issue just takes minutes to diagnose once you left the truck up. I had to constantly stay on top of it. I was told when I brought it in that the issues I was complaining about are probably not going on. After many times of me trying to get in hold of them they admitted that I was right. I doubt I will ever be back.
