Making an appointment should guarantee service at that time. I had a 1:30pm appointment. There was a truck that come in right before me. His vehicle was serviced and he was out the door and I waited almost 90 minutes and never got serviced. Had I driven up earlier in the day I suspect I would have gotten quicker service. I won’t make that mistake again
