I'm not satisfied at all with Cerritos Nissan and is because of your service department I'm actually strongly considering taking you to court, your practices are highly illegal and unprofessional, what your service department is doing is basically ripping off customers thinking they won't find out,I will never spend another dime on your business, as far as I'm concerned right now Cerritos Nissan owes me, I just need to figure out how much time and money I have lost at your business so I can file a case,I might even show up to your business with the local news crew,I'm sure you guys would really like that.

Issac is very good at his job. Typically, there are more optional services, but I get a pretty good sense of what’s required and no pressure to up sell. Like the option to get a loaner. Considering a RX 350 2nd vehicle and it helps to drive home and see how it rides.

Service couldn’t help because the rattle in the dash wouldn’t rattle when in service department. Heard the same rattle in the same location in the loaner. Rattle comes and goes. Maybe someday it will rattle long enough for someone in service to hear.
