Was not happy with my service adviser, Jose Hernandez. Never gave any updates on progress of service. I had to call the next day to find out that my car was done. When I came to pick up the car the adviser was nowhere to be found.

I was told my car would be ready in 1.5-2 hours. 3 hours later I ask them if it's ready and was told no because they didn't have the keys. I had to wait an extra hour+. This is the second time my car was serviced and took forever. What's the point of an appointment time if they don't work on it and the time scheduled? The guy just said he wasn't told that I was going to wait there. I'm sick of this service departments timing.
