My vehicle never received any service at your location. After it sat in the parking lot for over an hour, waiting on an oil change, I got angry and left. I drove straight across the street to Toyota and they were happy to schedule my Wrangler for an oil change. They also washed my Jeep, and did a great job.

I popped my hood for the first time on Sunday to do my first oil change. I found a cracked plastic component so I called and scheduled the oil change with your dealership where I purchased the Ram 1500 two months ago. When I was called to come get my vehicle, Chad explained that the cracked component would not be replaced because “the part would have had to been damaged in some way”. The implication is that I broke it and therefore it would need to be replaced at my cost. This is completely outrageous. Having purchased 3 other Dodge vehicles in the past, I came to expect a level of customer care. I’m totally disappointed and my family will take our business elsewhere for this $130 part.
