I had requested multiple services. My service advisor should have handled all of the service requested. Instead, upon arrival, I was told that part of my requested services would have to be handled by the body department. A separate appointment would need to be scheduled. I’m sorry! I thought the service advisor would have pro actively scheduled the review as part of the request. You know...one stop shopping! I guess not! Another disappointment...

The recent experience we had with John Marino was one of the worst. We dropped off our vehicle on Thursday at 10am for the appointment. We said they could have it for the day but we were headed back north on Friday morning. John stated he would keep us posted on the status and issues found with the jeep. By 3:00pm, we had not heard anything. My husband (Adam) called and left a voicemail and didn't hear back. I called and then was told by operator there was no record of my car. Being left on hold for a while, a gentleman named Mike (who was very empathetic) then assisted me and said I would have a status of my car by end of day or first thing Friday. As we expected, did not hear anything Thursday and by 10am on Friday still nothing. Adam then called and spoke to John who said he was still waiting on a few things. Adam told John said we had to head back north so whatever they had done is all we had time for so we headed to pick up our car around 12. John looked at us and said he told us, “I told you it would be done Monday over the phone AND when we dropped it off”. This was completely false. We told John we were leaving north on Friday so would have never agreed to Monday. He was beyond rude and disrespectful. I then said we just need our car. He closed his “office” door and completely ignored us. We waited around until the Manager, Shawn assisted us, which did not turn our experience around, but we just anxious to get our vehicle and leave. John handed us the paperwork to check out and did not look at us or explain anything. This experience could not have been worse. I am in the customer experience field and I was truly appalled at the lack of communication, altering the facts, to then not doing one single thing to rectify the situation- we were ignored. I think I should be compensated for the worst experience at Jeep and frankly ever with any company.
