Airpark has ripped me off and sold me a LEMON. I'd like a FULL REFUND! Car is always being worked on for the same reason and I believe that during the repairs of that same issue, that the techs have damaged my motor mounts and other parts. I just picked it up today and it STILL SMELLS of oil at every stop. Other people smell it too. I am livid and will be seeking legal counsel at this time. My car is my livelihood and Airpark has ruined that for me.

My service advisor called and left a message my car was ready and to come pick up before 5 pm Saturday closing. For some reason the service reps couldn’t locate my car so I did have to wait quite a long time (about 30 min) for them to locate it and pull it up for me.
Other than that I would rate service a 10.

Reliable is always so busy almost every day, which is great for your business, but terrible for the customer experience. Being so busy causes customer delays and additional time to wait to get my vehicle serviced.
I saw a lady come to the service desk upset because she had made an appointment for 9AM and complained she had been there 2 hours to get an oil change. The service person wasn’t this person listed, but another one, and it was awful watching him come up with excuse after excuse on why it was taking so long. No matter what his answer, the woman held her ground that none of those problems or excuses were sufficient to not complete her appointment in a timely manner.
I was in line to get an oil change, tire rotation, brake inspection and an estimate on fixing the door handle on my Silverado that broke off. I bought the vehicle new in 2011 from Reliable. When I asked for an estimated time, he said it wouldn’t be until Saturday afternoon that they might be able to get to it.
Previously, I never had a problem with that because Reliable always took care of me and offered me a choice of solutions to make it easier by offering to stay and wait, a shuttle or a loaner vehicle. I asked about getting a loaner vehicle and was told you no longer offer loaner vehicles to vehicles not under factory warranty. I was extremely dissatisfied and disappointed at the lack of appreciation for loyal customers solely because I don’t have a late model vehicle.
That policy makes zero sense. If my vehicle is under factory warranty then Chevy is reimbursing your dealership. However, if my vehicle is out of warranty, the customer is paying your dealership. Either way your dealership is getting paid.
That really turned me away from getting my truck serviced by your dealership when I can take it a quick lube place and be done in 15 minutes. There’s nothing that stands out to make it worthwhile to deal with the hassle.
You need to revise that policy.
