John was great to work with. However, I was frustrated with the fact a fuel pump relay switch was recalled and appeared to be the issue but parts were not available. I was told I could pay to replace the relay switch and that is what I did hoping it corrects the problem. This part was recalled 2 years ago and fixed by Airpark but not this time. I would have considered purchasing another new Jeep but am looking at Mercedes now. I need a vehicle I can depend on. Plan to buy a new Mercedes tomorrow.
