Over 3 hours for an oil change with an appointment ask you got to check out a rattle in the front end but I have to schedule another appointment for that spend all day I don't think so

The overall experience was great. However, I was a bit confused about the suggestion that I get my wheels balanced at the 5,000 mile point. It’s not recommended in the owners manual and seems an odd suggestion at such an early point in the car’s life.

My concern is that as a result of your complete vehicle inspection I was told that it is critical that I get my front differential and transfer case fluids changed. My pickup is a two wheel drive. Now I have no confidence in the rest of the recommendations and I'm not sure of the condition of my brakes and other things that were not mentioned.

I made an appointment and was still told I had to wait because there were people in front of me. So why did I make an appointment? If I make an appointment and still have to wait I should a t least be told that from the beginning it is especially hard for me because I’m coming from Gilbert which is almost 40 miles away. Other than that they got my car done when they said they would and the staff was helpful and communicated well while the service was being done.

I will be filling a complaint with the service manager and corporate this week. It's a long story but the short version is I dropped off my jeep for an 1130 appointment and it wasnt finished until just after 2PM. I left several messages starting at 12:56 and was never called back or notified until 2:07pm. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!

I went in for an oil change and when I came home I noticed there was green marker on all 4 doors of mine towards the inside where the lock latch is. I’m not sure why this was done as I only went in for an oil change. I have pictures.
Not only that but I didn’t appreciate the tech’s attempts to aggressively upsell me. When I say no the first time I should not be harassed for another 5 minutes after and made to feel uncomfortable.
