Service took multiple days to not find the issue. I would have appreciated more updates as well as a tbd on what diagnostics the vehicle was undergoing and when. I was the one who initiated most calls.
With this said the vehicle did come in on New Year’s eve. I am not upset just sharing so that you can improve service.

The brakes were supposed to be taken care of ... and the dash still says they are at 16%....the same as it was when we came in. I don’t think anything was done. The brakes are still not working the way they should. And nothing was done about the electrical after we sent videos of everything shutting down.
Not happy!
