She was no where to be found when got there, waited, seemed not interested in what I told her, had to repeat things, told her I was in a hurry and didn’t expect to wait 2 hours for just an oil change and rotation. I had appts to get to and needed to be out of there ASAP. Sent a text after 1.5 hours that if we forgot to do wiper blades to get me out faster, do it please. Then I look out and my truck has been sitting ready to go for who knows how long? I go to find her.... nowhere... ask another service mgr for my keys b/c I HAVE TO GO! He couldn’t find keys or my ticket anywhere, kept asking if it was under a different name. TOLD HIM, NO THIS IS MY NAME!” Had to then find another guy and have him look, still no “B” called the dealership 2x’s first time they hung up to get service and have someone else look. Finally an additional service mgr came to help the 2nd guy and she found my keys and the ticket, still no “B”. This happened the last time I came to this dealership a couple years ago. I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!!!!!!!!
