My wife took her car in for them to repair a mistake that they made. They would not fix it and said it was not there fault. I do know it was the technicians fault it was fine before they worked on it.and after it was not. I have going there since 2008. And they have fixed there mistakes. Kow there not. It makes me think twice if I want to come back. I have bought 5 cars and have taken all of them here. Seems to me the service is not taking g responsibility for there actions. We all make mistakes. They need to be fixed when they happen.

My experience has been pretty lousy since buying the car. I came in paid cash for one of your 2019 used cars. I even bought all the extra warrenties with no argument. I also bought the $999 special to cover oil changes and a multitude of other items.
The sales team treated me like they were doing me a favor allowing me to be their customer. Then when I picked the car up it had a half tank of gas. The sales manager said it was the policy to only sell cars with a half tank of gas. Made me feel even less valued. I guess if loosing a $24,000 cash customer over $24 in gas is worth it we will buy a car somewhere else next time. Now fast forward a few months. I schedule my first oil change and ZacTack treatment with Vicki who is helpful and polite. I take the time off work. Drive to the dealership. Drop the car get a lift back. No problem. I start work and get a call that there are no oil changes included in the plan I paid for in October. You know the plan that Joana Jones sold me for $999. The **** of proof was on me. So I got a lift back to the dealership. Openend the glove box and pulled out all the paperwork showing I had infact paid for all these extra services. Then I was taken to another office where Dawn who was very helpful and polite figured out a soulution but said "at least some of the services listed on the advertisement were coverd." I paid $999 for all the services. Dawn said she would have it fixed by the next day. I called today and she said it was fixed and I could schedule another oil change apointment. I lost three billable hours of work. I don't feel like sorry fixes any of this. I am an unsatisfied customer. I know people make mistakes but you have to make it right to keep a customer.

Hugh is an absolute saint. My issue started with another dealership and rather than sending me back to them, Hugh took ownership of my issue. It took some time to get everything completed, but I knew I could trust Hugh! He is beyond amazing. Hugh would follow up with me and provide me updates on my concern. The thing I most appreciated about Hugh was that he actually listened to me, I felt heard! Hugh needs a raise and to be promoted ASAP!

I must give a shout-out to Service Advisor Jody McPhail at Grapevine Ford. I now live in New Hampshire but used to live in Euless, Texas. However, we moved with my job in 2015, so it has been a while since we lived in Texas. I was familiar with Grapevine Ford, however, and had great service from them when we lived here. I purchased a new Ford Edge in New Hampshire in late November 2019, but was leaving soon after for a nearly two month working trip to the Dallas area. We didn’t notice it at time of purchase, but there was an issue with a broken piece of panel on the inside of the liftgate that was catching on the taillight whenever the liftgate was opened. It caught hard enough that it snapped off and broke a piece of the edge of the taillight. I didn’t have time to get it seen to before leaving NH for Texas, but stopped in at Grapevine Ford after getting here to see about replacing those parts while I was in Texas. Jody worked with us, even though she thought it was doubtful Ford would cover the repair. She persisted, sent photos and went back and forth for two weeks, but in the end Ford agreed to cover it. She also called me several times to update us on her efforts with Ford on our behalf. Then, because of my tight schedule, Jody got my buggy into the shop the next afternoon, arranged for transportation to and from our hotel, and had my car back to me in a day. She and of course the guys who actually made the repairs, busted their butts for somebody who is only here for a few more more weeks and never bought the vehicle from them. She even got us a courtesy oil change and tire rotation. Thank you, Jody, the repair guys, and Grapevine Ford for going the extra mile for someone who was just passing through for a few weeks.
