Edgar was very informative and kept me up to date. When I called he remembered me by name without having to tell him which vehicle was mine in the shop or the issue with it. He even took the time to go over some warranty questions I had that didn’t have to do with the service I was getting this particular time. But what really stood out was that since I was on crutches with a sprained foot, he helped me all the way out and into my car and secured the crutches in the back for me... super great experience! My boyfriend took my vehicle in for me this time, but I'm not happy with the result. First of all, it took nearly three hours, when he was told it would take an hour tops. Second of all, it was free of change, when last time I was in, it cost $80. I feel as though I should have been covered last time too. Additionally, the tires were not filled. A simple check would show you they're all low, especially the front right. The tires have been filled up every time, so why not now? I'm disappointed in the inconsistency and lack of transparency. Not a single apology or explanation for the long wait which caused my boyfriend to miss work. I've trusted Midway Chevy's service department for almost 2 years, so this subpar visit was not expected.
