I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of integrity of the service department. The recommended services were over $700 when the vehicle owners manual AND Chrysler DID NOT recommend these services. I was specifically told by George C. that "Chrysler recommends the Major Service" at 30k miles. This is absolutely untrue and takes advantage of less knowledgeable customers. I will never recommend anyone go to this service department or dealership and have contacted Chrysler directly about my experience.
