I was completely satisfied until I waited 30-45 minutes for my car to be retrieved from the service department. After repeatedly inquiring about the whereabouts of my vehicle, I was told they had misplaced my keys. No one seemed interested in assisting me until I was upset.

George Chacko was FANTASTIC!!!
I would recommend anyone to call the Service Department and schedule an appointment to meet George Chacko only. If you pull up to the Service Area without knowing anyone, they will not acknowledge you. I tried to speak to other guys in the area and was pretty much ignored. But when I called George Chacko he came out and took care of me right away. I called the main number to AirPark earlier that week on the main number. I let one of the ladies up front know I needed service and got transferred to about 3 different areas before meeting George Chacko. They need to learn how to treat customers better. Thank Goodness for George Chacko my hero!!!
