Longer than usual for someone to meet me after pulling in. Austin said 45 minutes for oil change and rotation. Took 62 minutes. Was not in huge hurry but since he said 45, was easily noticable.

Had to argue with the mechanic because he thought my cell phone was the issue with the port not charging. All changed when he plugged his own phone in my cell phone port and his phone didn't charge either. Then after all that you guys didn't even have the part on stock! Still waiting! Hope the service gets better soon!

I came in at 830a with an appointment and exact reason my car was there. Moved to 2 different sales people bc they did not know what my car repair was for. Attempted to reach my sales person from 330-430p. He finally responded and said car was ‘test driven’ (Most likely at 4p) with no answers so I had to get a rental car bc they did not perform the requested recall service yet. they attempted to put me in a smaller vehicle- checking the vehicle that I drove in might be helpful. Both the main service desk and rental car desks were dirty, paperwork and kid artwork everywhere, 2 open bags of chips, empty water bottles- it was gross. Told my salesperson to notify me before a certain time frame so I can go pickup my car but again a full day later to test it out. I declined the service recommended mainly bc I can’t spend another week with my car in the shop. He was not there at pickup, I had three luck size car seats and 4 people stood and watched me remove and install them on my own. Customer experience was lacking in most areas during my time there.
