Vehicle is making a rattle sound when making a sharp left at reverse ... i was told by the service consultant the tech did not verify the noise. I addressed this concern when I brought it in last year ... the noise is there and was verified by a tech in the Infiniti dealership. . I would like this resolved

We were told it would take an hour, but it took nearly 2 hours.
I'd try a jeep dealership that is not as overbooked in the future.

Vehicle was brought in with a rattle while accelerating. Can be heard while driving as well as when vehicle is in neutral and you give it some gas- rattle seems to be coming from drivers side area. Was told they found a bolt missing at the bumper. It was replaced and they could not find anything else. After having it 4 hours, I picked it up and was told they could not find it, and that they had replaced the bolt. Vehicle still has rattle- I understand it is hard to identify stuff like that- just frustrating.
