Hugo is fantastic!!! Anytime I need something, I call up Hugo, and he takes care of my Tahoe’s every need. He keeps us coming back to midway Chevy, as we have great trust in him to take care of us. He never takes advantage of us, as I’ve been taken advantage of at other dealership. He’s honest, trust worthy, and a great guy.

When I picked up my rental at Airpark Jeep the vehicle was filthy. On my way home I heard some cans rattling in the back seat. When I arrived home and looked in the back seat the cans were Truly alcohol cans! Marvin Bolanos was my service advisor and he was helpful. I mentioned how unsatisfied I was with how dirty the rental was etc. and he apologized. Marvin said he would make sure my Jeep Grand Cherokee would get a car wash included with the service. I picked up my vehicle 4/29 at 1:45 and drove off feeling disappointed! Unfortunately, I do not look forward to any future service there.

Cesar harassed me the entire time about replacing my windshield. My car was in service for an oil change and tire rotation. After an hour my car was ready and when I got into my car the crack on my windshield was much larger. I brought this to the attention of Cesar but he continued to disrespectfully joke about it. Also in that moment he asked if I was completely satisfied and if I would be giving him a good survey based on his service. I think that the service department definitely needs to work on their professionalism training and how to talk to customers.
