I think I should of had just a little bit more contact from my Reliable Chevrolet personal instead of hearing nothing for several days about my truck and being told I’m waiting on you. Just seems a bit put off. But in general Austin was very nice very helpful when I had him on the phone and very polite.

Laura was great. My problem was the fact that Ford tried to charge me to tell me how much parts would be to fix a couple of minor things....$169 to give me pricing to replace weather stripping and the light in the driver side visor. The light, mind you, I had asked to be replaced at least 2 previous times I brought the car in for repairs but the vehicle is now out of warranty and I am not paying almost $400 for. This may have been the last straw of being treated poorly by Grapevine and you will probably not get any business from me.
