Tyler was great. However, one service attendant met a customer and his truck at the entryway to service garage prior to going in. Garage was empty but he kept working on the customer mirror outside instead of having him drive into garage. The rest of us sat outside for approximately 45 minutes before he decided to drive it in. No one came out. I walked in twice but no offer to help. As soon as he moved that truck and the rest of us pulled in people came out of their little cubbies offering to help. Ridiculous! Not Sewell quality!
