I was completely happy with Jody. However I am in the service industry as well and to schedule a vehicle in for service and not know if it will get looked at for several days is complete bull! Don’t take the appointment if you can’t get it started at minimum the next day. People have to miss work and rent cars and you say you don’t know when you will actually get started. Oh let me get a rental for three days before you even look at my vehicle. Appointments need to be handled timely
