Service guy John was not very professional . Was waiting to be helped , when the service guy next to him said he could take care of me . John called him off saying he was almost done with his customer and then he made me wait 10 minutes while the other guy had nothing to do . Is John working on commission. Only reason why he would do that . I will probably drive to Prescott for the day to get my truck serviced next time . York is where I bought my truck . They are nice and service prices are cheaper . I had to pay for a diagnostic $192 which said something was wrong with the car evap system. Nothing was wrong. They installed an update to a faulty system to resolve the issue of the engine light coming on indicating a problem. This is a Jeep issue & I shouldn't have to pay for a faulty factory fault!!
