Grapevine Ford mentioned oil leaking from a bolt and said the bolt was not the original part for the vehicle. The past three oil changes occurred at Grapevine Ford so why was this issue not presented at any of the previous oil changes and the only thing stated when asked the question the technician does not work here any more this type of customer service is not appreciated

Jorge Lopez always delivers. Wheen I had my 2016 Silverado he was always doing his best to get me the most optimal service and now that I have my 2019 camaro, I was so amazed how Mr. Lopez was able to identify and fix the error code I was getting. Freeway chevrolet is where I purchased my vehicle the service advisor didn't want me to drive all the way from my home in anthem to chandler to get the vehicle safety code I was getting fixed because they thought it would be a safety hazard to drive my car that far. So freeway service team advised I go to midway since midway was closer to home. Jorge also has amazing customer service skills and he is really nice he even got my new camaro washed after it got off the service line. Thank you Jorge

George was cool, he told me an hour wait time for my oil change. Totally worked for me but I ended up waiting 2 and a half hours for my oil change. At an hour and a half I walked into his office to see what was going on. He quickly looked into it, apologized and was able to give me a discount for the wait time. I totally appreciate the customer service, wait time was bad but really appreciate the effort to fix the issue.

Went in for routine basic 30k service and needed up getting a major 30k service that cost 3x more than what I scheduled an appointment for. Service agent did not explain price of service, was not clear! It was my fault for not reading contract but service rep I believe took advantage!
