I’ve taken my Jeep multiple times to you guys. This time was terrible. I didn’t get my car back for almost a week. I had to reach out to figure what was going on with my car more than once. I took my vehicle in to get touch screen repaired. My vehicle was operational with no issues. I received a phone call that the diagnostic machine could not get a reading because the battery was low. Battery is 2 years old. She tried to sell my a battery for $180. I said no thanks because the battery is under warranty. When I picked up my vehicle it was running with a sign that said keep running. I turned my vehicle off and it would not turn back on. The battery was completely drained. I was told it was low, not dead. Had my wife taken the car grocery shopping she would have been stranded. I’m convinced the diagnostic machine drained the battery. Too much of a coincidence. Also, be honest and tell me that the battery is completely dead. This is why dealers and mechanics have a bad reputation.
