My whole experience was awful. First the veh wasn’t going to be ready until Thursday and that was fine. She called Monday and left a message that it would be ready Tuesday morning then when I called Tuesday she said Thursday and on but it was ready today Tuesday. I will not communicate with Laura again.
Also when I got in my truck all the plastic and paper mats were left in the veh and they didn’t even take the service number off the mirror
I’ve never had this kind of service with the dealership.
