Customer service was very poor this time, I waited a long time to pick my car up while victor made multiple phone calls in front of me and did not even acknowledge me standing there. and I woke up the morning after service with a flat tire so I had to call AAA and go back again. This is the second time this has happened, one of them after buying new tires. Will not be returning to Cerritos Nissan for service.

For the second time in a row, I feel like my time and loyalty was not valued. I was promised ride arrangements to return to the dealership to retrieve my car. But the ride was not arranged and was left to me to get myself back to the dealership. It would have been nice to be picked up and not have to pay for another Lyft out of pocket. It would have been nice that failure was acknowledged and taken off my service charge.

I like airport dodge.
However, the quality of the truck is bad. I had a 2014 that I bought from you that Dodge had to buy back. My 2015 has had about 20 recalls.
My number one thing I want from a vehicle is quality and I don’t think this truck is was built to a high level of quality.

John was great however I brought my vehicle “dodge demon” in fully detailed. The car was parked under a tree which left debris and tree spots all over the car. The car was driven through what looked like a mud puddle Again the car had just been detailed has never been driven in any type of water or rain since it is a collector car. Your service techs and lot attendees need training. For that reason I would not go back.
