At first I was told that there was a wait time of two hours and when I got there someone tell me now it’s five hours wait and then I waited over two hours and then I was told that my car is going to have to stay there and they were going to give me a rental. while I was getting my insurance card and they told me the car is fine the problem is known by GM but there is no fix for it at this time and they weren’t going to notify me of it period so the fix is really not fixed it’s an issue that cannot be fixed at this time

It took 2 hours to get an oil change , I first stopped last Thursday it was 2 hour wait , i left then I made a reservation for Saturday morning and it was 2 hours again... you should not call it quick lube anymore ...
