Was not honest and up front when I called in to see if a broken car part was under warranty, also informed him the part needed to be ordered ahead of time as it was not in stock when I talked to parts department. I asked if he needed the vin number and told me no I have everything right here in front of me. As a consumer and spending 20 years in the body shop business nothing is more important than someone being honest and reliable, and admit when you screw up. It goes a long ways.

$349 for a re-torque, you had my Jeep and didn’t feel like driving somewhere else, you got me. That is ridiculous, it takes less time than changing the oil but over double the price. Disappointed and feel taken advantage of. Nothing negative about service advisor, he was good, but sticker shock to say the least! Most shops do it for $100-150
