8 because there was a good size grease/oil stain on the rear door. It was hidden until my husband opened the door so we had to go back when we were already on our way. They should have done a better job at checking before handing car back to customer. Carlos, the service rep advisor, was very good. He came over right away when he saw us showed up again. Took care of the problem and we were on our way within 10 min. We greatly appreciate the service and attitude to please customer. Thanks Carlos!

Next time I wish someone would have told me about additional services recommended. Now I have to take my car back on another day. Also, one of my flood lights was out, it is still out. The checklist stated lights were checked, sadly they weren't. What else was checked off, and didn't get done.

Well... the last person I spoke with, who is now furloughed, agreed that my paint had been scratched by your crew at the car wash phase after I just got it cut and polished by reliable. So I now find out that I have to pay the “cost” of doing said new cut and polish (Due to the scratches) is a little upsetting. But, I get it. I know things are never free. Had this been recorded, and communicated, properly we might not be talking about it. I’m just a client that understands. Thanks for meeting halfway in the long run.
