When I arrived at the appointment, you guys had the my other vehicle for the appointment. I ask if my new car had any remaining free oil change, after verifying on the system there was none left so I ask that I wanted to do an oil chang and the ac check for a posible noise, Jesse advise me that that noise was normal and I say OK. My complaint was but Jesse told that my vehicle requires a $100 oil change that was require by GM and that I had a promotion including oil change and (special enhacement tire rotation, so it makes me think that if I am not if I keep my new vehicle I don't want to pay $100 for every oil change. I check the recommendation on the GM website under owner manual and it does require the enhacement that Jesse advise me that the vehicle need it, so I feel that he took advantage of me that my vehicle needed the $100 oil change for the enhacement. When I set ip the appointment on my the oil change comes with the tires rotation and it only cost $39.95 I feel disappointed specially that I have to drive almost 20 miles to get better service but not this time

She didn’t seem to be interested in doing the business. At first she didn’t believe I had a warranty, then wanted to make sure it was through them. She said I had to pay for rental but I told her it came with warranty. She pushed me to give her five star rating and I do not feel she gave that level of service.
My car still has the same issues minus the wrench light.
