Your service person was not at all concerned that my expectations of time to perform the recall was not going to be met. To make a point of telling me, I in fact really did not have an appointment . I had more of a reservation that was more flexible for your service dept.

Had to pay for a key twice. The key that I bought from the GM key kit, did not work. That key needs to he reported to GM as a defect.
You could of still let me have that key as coutesy. You could of got a credit from GM.
