No one could give me a time estimate on when my car would be done. For a diagnostic and service that took very little time to do, my car was there for about 28 hours, and I had scheduled an appointment. When I initially called to make an appointment I said I didn’t even want a diagnostic done, but we ended up doing it anyways, and the only “repair” done was what I said I wanted done in the first place. Everyone was very nice and apologetic for the long time. I was just frustrated with the lack of communication and waste of money on a diagnostic fee.
