Tony answered all of my questions. I didn't feel like I asked a stupid question. He made me feel happy that I decided to bring my car in for routine servicing. Technical proficiency is the main reason that anyone chooses where to have their car serviced. However, a positive attitude and a smile makes everyone have a better day and will keep me coming back. This was my first service appointment on my new Dodge Ram and the price I paid for an oil change and fuel filter change was shocking. It may be ‘normal’, but the fact that I didn’t get a estimated cost before the service began was disappointing. I did not expect to walk away from a routine oil change spending $581.
