Yesterday I waited 2 1/2 hours to get a single tire nail hole plugged. About a year ago I purchased new tires which was supposed to include free rotation for life. A few months ago I came in to get a rotation and oil change and the service consultant couldn't find any records that showed my rotations were free. And of course the original consultant no longer works there. It seems there is a revolving door of associates. And I have a bad experience every time I show up.
