John was absolutely amazing. He was hands on from the moment I pulled into the service department. He went step by step explained to me about the problem how it was going to get fixed. Gave me the exact amount of turn around and in addition reached out again by phone to tell me we were on schedule. I was taken home in a lift and the following day received a call letting me know my vehicle was ready. John sent a car to pick me up and I was in and out in no time. I just moved here from Chicago and I have to say my service was above and beyond. My next vehicle will be purchased at Dodge. Thank John !!
