Never ever would I recommend this dealership for anything!!!
Service advisors never answer their phones or return voicemails or respond to text messages. I left multiple messages 10 days ago, still no response from advisor, service manager or service director. Have had my vehicle for over 4 weeks for a covered warranty issue. This is the absolute worse dealership I’ve ever dealt with. I will never recommend a Dodge product to anyone.

Always have confidence in his guidelines and judgements of what needs done.
After my 75K mile service, he even got a lug nut since one of mine was missing it’s cover! Note: Given what l seen with the last few tire rotations, why don’t they have a extra supply of these in the shops? Apparently it’s quite common for these to split apart? Or fail down the torque on the air guns?

A tow truck was provide that tow my vehicle to the dealership. The service manager and Carol's went into action to correct the issue. Once done both came and appolized for any inconvenience that may have occurred. I was satisfied.I have bought more than four Nissan cars from Cerritos Nissan because I like Nissan cars, but it appear that Nissan is going through quality products problem in recent years.What happened? You will lose alot of customers if Nissan product problems are not adequately addressed.
