Your team does a wonderful job but the time it takes to complete the work is excessive. Twice now, it has taken 7+ hours to complete Zactec work and an oil change. When I make an appointment several weeks in advance, I expect a mire timely service response.

These is my 3rd Nissan I have acquired in the last 5 years? I loved the vehicle and your service employee was so great, professional, excellent customer service. Unfortunately my biggest issue is with the sales department person & service manager as well? Care very little on customer service and honestly I think these will be my last Nissan purchase after these year? And I would like the phone number to corporate or do I have to research it my self? Jorge was pleasant to work with during this very frustrating time with my vehicle. He did everything well and handled the job correctly. However, the dealership was a nightmare to deal with. I don't know if they are severely understaffed, or just not that great at keeping customers in the loop and well informed.
