Austin Terry kept me well informed & answered all my questions in a very courteous manor. I took it in for a manufacturing issue that would get fixed for free. But I had also broken off a valve stem & it was potentially a pricey repair & he had it repaired free of charge. Austin went above & beyond what he had to. Made sure i was happy customer.
