I responded to the email survey and gave high compliments to Isaac Lam. I should also mention how grateful I am for the valets at the greeting bay. They are so cheerful and obviously well-trained. Everything went smoothly, and everyone was smiling the whole time. We need and deserve those kind of relationships/exchanges in our lives—especially during these crazy times we’re going through.
