I purchased my car 2 months ago and have had nothing but issues with the car. I have brought it into service about 7 times now to have it looked up. The last three times I have gone in with the same issue. Ivann is very helpful and always communicates the issues my car is having. Unfortunately due to manufacturer warranty things are not always able to be resolved. Fortunately the last time I took my car in they were able to fix two of the issues. I do still have one issue that has not been resolved so I will continue to take my car in. Overall, I am happy with the service I receive from Ivann as he is always very helpful. My hope is that I do not have anymore issues with this car as I just purchased it two months ago.

Miguel was AWESOME! This was BY FAR my best experience with Grapevine Ford! The service took MUCH longer than expected due to the need to work with our third party warranty service (Apex). Miguel stayed on them daily as needed to get them to complete their steps to cover the repair. Miguel was also very good keeping me updated on the progress.
I’m going to ask for Miguel next time our F150 needs service! Take good care of Miguel!! He’s a good man and a great Service Advisor!!
