I just bought a $70000 2020 Ram 1500 from Bill Luke and by the time I got it home I realized the right side power running board was not working correctly. My wife has mobility issues so this is a BIG deal. Took it to Airpark to get this problem corrected and after having the vehicle for a day I’m now being sent back to Bill alike because Airpark is worried they won’t get warranty reimbursement on this work. My review is not a reflection on Vicky but a HORRIBLE reflection on Ram. Can’t believe I’m being jerked around like this on a problem I DIDNT create.

And, Scottsdale Alfa Romeo is fortunate to have as talented a technician as Will.
We have started a small Alfa Romeo Giulia club in Phoenix, and the guys from Mesa are going to start bringing their cars to Scottsdale Alfa Romeo for service.
I’ve been so happy with the service, after the first of the year, if it possible, I want to take Will and Jon to lunch. Or, do something to show my appreciation.
