When I make an appointment for 9 am, I assume that time slot has been reserved for my vehicle service. When I arrived at 9 am, I was told it would be 1 to 1-1/2 hours. I waited in the waiting area for 2-1/2 hours and had to call the service department to get a status on my vehicle. My advice to you is DON’T OVER BOOK. I will be looking for another dealership for an oil change that should have taken a half hour.
