My car was kept overnight when I was supposed to get it the same day. The service provider did not call me to notify me when my car was done for pick up. I could not get a rental either so I was left stranded to find an alternative way to work. It was a huge inconvenience but the service provider (Victor) did apologize and gave me the oil change for free. The service to my car was seems to be done okay I just did not appreciate the customer service from Victor. We talked it over and I did feel better after talking to him.

It was a very, very bad service that I got, starting from when you make the appointments, they are supposed to tell you when your car is ready, I had to call and call until they feel like answering, then they hit the My car door and they did not want to fix it, I was about to update my two cars there at that dealer but after the service I received I no longer return there.

Aaron and the techs handling my vehicle did a great job! I appreciate the frequent updates from Aaron as well. That is uncommon at many of the dealerships. For example, I had a blend door replaced on my climate control at McKinney Ford dealership and they never contacted me to update me on the vehicle.
My wife has a Q7 and the grapevine Audi dealership did not communicate well regarding a recall with the vehicle there.
Your team did a great job and I was very pleased with the service. Keep up the good work!

Our 2019 Lincoln Aviator Reserve II has spent quite a bit of time being serviced by Lincoln (predominately by Grapevine Lincoln) and is now being repurchased by Ford/Lincoln Corp. Bob has been a fantastic service advisor throughout the process. He has worked diligently to try to address the multiple issues with our car and has communicated thoroughly with us while also delivering the customer service standards one would expect from Lincoln. Unfortunately our Aviator has just fallen short in this area. Without Bob’s friendly & calming disposition this experience would have been much more difficult to work through.
