I was told my back breaks needed replaced while I was in for a oil change. I did ok the repair but was never told the price of the repair. At time of payment I was never told how much my bill was! I was just asked to pay my bill! Without knowing the amount? When I asked how much the bill was, I felt like I was putting the employee out. Once I was told how much the bill was, I explained how much it was overpriced! Breakmasters price is half price and they guarantee there work for the life of the car. You lost my business on your poor communications
