He informed me of the process and let me know that I would receive a call once the service was completed. When I picked up the vehicle, he reviewed the paperwork with me and escorted me to my car. I was very pleased with the service I received.

I would not recommend the service department or John after he contacted me with recommendations on repairs for my car after never seen the vehicle based on the mileage of the vehicle 85k miles if he had taken the time to inspect the vehicle he will have noticed that The serpentine belt and the two radiator hoses had been replaced recently. How can I trust a company that will just not look at the vehicle and tell me that I need things replaced that I did not .this is not how you build trust in the customers I will not be back. I don’t trust your company or John . I was purchasing a new Alfa vehicle there as well I’m not doing that now I’m going down the street where I feel like I can trust there word. they are trustworthy .John was very nasty to me as I picked up my car sealed the deal. You lost my money and. I will tell my friends to go other places.......

For a simple maintenace of Nissan Leaf with carwash, was told
By Eric that it would only take 30 minutes so just decided to wait. The wait became 1.5 hours and reason given was that the car ahead of my car took longer than expected. The carwash didnt even happen since it will delay the process more. It would have been better if after the 30 minutes promised, a staff couldve informed that the wait will be longer, called for uber service so that I couldve done something worthwhile at home instead of waiting at the nissan location. Disappointed.
