The service rep was great but your prices are to high - $180 for a wheel alignment... I wasn’t aware until my wife went to go pick up the car. However she did approve the charge. I have bought several cars your dealership and I have pend thousands of dollars in maintenance over the years - but no more - I will never buy a car from your dealership ever again and once the warranty is over I will never take your my car back for maintenance to your dealership. You overcharge me for the tires but there was nothing I can do because I couldn’t find them in a reasonable period of time and had to buy them. But this ridiculous charge for alignment it’s just way over the top. Good luck you’ve just lost a customer.

My experience with Tony and the staff at Cerritos Nissan was exceptional. Excellent customer service! I walked in on Saturday without an appointment. I was NOT turned away. Tony and the staff were gracious in accepting to take my vehicle in for diagnostic. Tony reached out several times to update me on my vehicle and services needed prior to rendering services. I look forward to bringing my vehicle back in the future to have it serviced. Tony and staff were very efficient. Thank you for the exceptional experience and customer service!!!

Hohn Otero is fine. Your product is a complete ripoff! Your quote was $1150 for a new alternator and battery. I was able to get that down for $650 elsewhere. I had the car towed to the other service provider. You also charged me $160 for a diagnostic fee which you can get for free at Auto Zone. I will never use your service department ever!
