I would recommend them to John, this is the first favorable visit I have had at Airpark. Every time prior the would tell me all issues were related to my lift, including once when I paid $450 for torque job - I didn’t need.....the issue was back 1 month later....I got fleeced. Took it back, again, “lift problem”...took it to an independent shop and they diagnosed in 5 minutes. Control arm was loose and stated should be covered by your warranty. Had them replace it for $350 so I didn’t have to deal with your dealership run around. Took it again for more punishment so I could be told it was a “lift problem” after they would also me “did you have it done here?” John was a refreshing experience and seems like an honest guy....have a service advisor I can trust.

Ac is blowing warm on a car iv had for 4 months. I purchased extended warranty an was told the only way to get it fixed was paying 500 bucks. When I said that does seem fair on a car iv only had for FOUR months Tim responded to me that well it worked when you got it from us right. Not the service I expected would never suggest airpark to a friend or relative shady dealership. I dout any one reading this cares I'm just irritated enough to waste my time on a reply

Train your service advisors to keep in contact with the customer. The vehicle was there for 5 days and only time we got an update was when WE called. We received 1 call and that was when vehicle was ready for pickup.
