I always have a great experience as RGD is my contact. He is always professional, in a fantastic mood and knows more about my vehicle. RGD talks me through what needs to be done and why. He provides timely communication on the status of any work completed.

I had an appointment for a recall..if you make am appointment with me why would I have to wait for a part. I was getting pressed for bringing the rental back but its your guys fault as to why I needed a rental in the first place...this isn't a complaint on David this is a complaint against your guys process...maybe next time for a recall have the part available
