Although we are having problems with the compressor on our Pathfinder, Erick has always been a pleasure to work with. He has been honest with us and he is always available when we call him. Erick is very personable and trusting - we are lucky we get to work with him every time we have a service or a mechanical issue.

Every time I brought my car in for service, the service guys cannot get the air pressure correct in the vehicle after they rotate the tires and I have to fix it afterwards. I should not have to do that it’s something small but very annoying. Also the last time they forgot to put a cover on something simple the last time I had it in for service.

Debbie was nice service rep, disappointed everytime I make a appointment my car never gets serviced that day.... I needed my car for work tomorrow and will not be able to use it because it was serviced in time. Even with express oil changes with appointments take almost 3 hours.
